Eight or nine years...... What is your focus for the show this year? In this booth..... it's to get more teams in our custom clothing. We're showing a custom triathlon line which we introduced last year..... it's really big this year with Ironman. We also have a Nordic Line that's becoming very popular. We're showing off the stuff we can do...... we've got a bunch of new styles to do more custom business. This is the largest gathering of cycling industry representatives from all over the world. What is your take on the general attitude for 2002? People are a little unsure of how it's going to go. People are upbeat....... however I think they are being careful. I think this year there is less traffic at the show....... but there are more appointments booked...... and they are here for more of a purpose I think...... they're wary....... not as freewheeling as other years. Will the Sept. 11th attacks on America and its effect on the economy change any of your business plans for 2002? That is yet to be seen. I know we were affected immediately........ nobody was busy for the next ten days........ and we couldn't ship out of Canada for a week...... the borders were closed....... I know in Vancouver we had 60,000 people come into the city from flights internationally that we put up........ but everything seems to be going ahead....... I know races have fallen off....... it's a hard question. I think people are a bit unsure...... we just don't know what's going to happen in the future. Are you happy with this year's show? Yeah...... the people that have come have been really good........ made
some really good contacts........ our custom products are awesome.......people
have seen it and liked it so........ the show has been a success.
