How was your fitness level going into this race?

I felt really good pre-riding the course but according to my teammates I looked tired with the team and I'm at the peak of my fitness for the season because of nationals next week

Were you happy with your position going into the singletrack?

Yes I was first I knew I had to be first going down the mega dip so on the left hand turn onto a little section of paved road I took the inside line and passed everyone

Were you strong from start to finish?

Yes although I felt stronger the 2nd lap

When did you put the hammer down?

At the left hand turn mentioned above and on my 2nd lap I was in the section of singletrack after the mega dip and I could see Cid coming down and I heard everyone yelling because he crashed so I thought that it would be a good time to attack

Did you have any unusual problems?

Nope

Were you happy with the way the race was run?

Yes although I think that all MASS races they should start Jrs after the Sr1 men because we spend most of our race passing other racers that aren't in our cat. and sometimes they can give us a pretty hard time

Did you have any interesting experiences during your race (exchanges with competitors/spectators)?

Nope
