David Henry

How was your fitness level going into this race?

Training has been limited the last few weeks so I would say it has dropped a little.

Were you happy with your position going into the singletrack?

Yes, I was 3rd going into the woods and moved up to second shortly after that.

Were you strong from start to finish?

Other than at the start, (riding up the field) I felt pretty strong for most of the race.

When did you put the hammer down?

About half way thru the first lap.

Did you have any unusual problems?

No, things went pretty smooth for me.

Were you happy with the way the race was run?

I guess I won't comment on that one.

Did you have any interesting experiences during your race (exchanges with competitors/spectators)?

NO

Anything you would like to add?

Thanks to the folks at Milton Hershey who allow us to put the race on, especially Michael and Dawn. Thanks to my wife, Karen, for all of the work that she did to make the race happen. Also thanks to all of the other team members and friends who came out and helped as well.
