Did you do anything special to prepare for this race?

No. Nothing really. Taking it easy this week. Resting.

In the last two months how many hours a week have you trained?

15 to 20.

Were you strong from start to finish?

The start was really, really hard going out with the leaders. Too hard. Blew up.... and then came back the last two laps.

When did you put the hammer down?

The last lap.

Did you have any unusual problems?

No problems at all. It was a good race.

How do you rate the course?

It was all right. It was an OK course.

Were you happy with the way the race was run?

Yeah, it was run really well.

If you could do the race again, would you do anything differently?

Not go out so hard in the beginning

Is there anything you would like to add?

I'd like to thank my sponsors K2 New Sun and DD, Inc.

Thank you Eric for taking the time to do this interview!
