MBR.com: Did you do anything special to prepare for this race?

Jim: Went to bed early.

MBR.com: In the last two months how many hours a week have you trained on average?

Jim: Two to three hours.

MBR.com: Were you strong from start to finish?

Jim: Yeah, I felt good.

MBR.com: When did you put the hammer down?

Jim: In the beginning to get out in front.

MBR.com: Did you have any unusual problems with the race?

Jim: Not really, but my front tire was kind of low.

MBR.com: How do you rate the course?

Jim: It was pretty good, it's really technical.

MBR.com: Were you happy with the way the race was run?

Jim: Yeah, it was very good.

MBR.com: What was your prize for First Place?

Jim:

MBR.com: If you could do the race again, would you do anything differently?

Jim: I think I'd push harder on the uphills.

MBR.com: Is there anything you would like to add?

Jim: It was definitely muddy.
