Did you do anything special to prepare for this race?

Ate a lot and tried to get some sleep.

In the last two months how many hours a week have you trained?

10 to 15 when I'm in top form but last week I only got in about 5 hours. Last week was a slack week.

Were you strong from start to finish?

Yeah.

When did you put the hammer down?

Right before the single-track.

Did you have any unusual problems?

Cramping at the end.

How do you rate the course?

Fast, very fast.

Were you happy with the way the race was run?

Yeah, very professional. It was fun.

If you could do the race again, would you do anything differently?

No.

Is there anything you would like to add?

No, just try to keep the sport alive and remember everybody has their bad days.
