How was your fitness level going into this race?
Not too bad for working in an office 8 to 5.
Were you happy with
your position going into the singletrack?
I was third going into the first little singletrack.
Were you strong
from start to finish?
Started off slow got warmed up after the first couple little climbs.
When
did you put the hammer down?
On the first descent, I just let my bike fly!
Did you have any unusual
problems?
Flying into the tunnel, I went down hard! My bum is going to be numb for
some time.
Were you happy with the way the race was run?
Virtual tours, on-line registration, soon I'll be able to race from my
home....Great Job! Props to all the organizers in all these series events.
Did
you have any interesting experiences during your race (exchanges with
competitors/spectators)?
