How was your fitness level going into this race?
Okay, I am not in my best shape.
Were you happy with your position going
into the singletrack?
Yes, I was in third.
Were you strong from start to finish?
Pretty much. The road riding really helps.
When did you put the hammer down?
In the last obstacle course. It was the second time thru so I knew what
was coming.
Did you have any unusual problems?
No
Were you happy with the way the race was run?
Yes, I had a blast.
Did you have any interesting experiences during your race
(exchanges with competitors/spectators)?
I met a new Friend Cory. We helped push each other to the finish. I felt like
I was out for a ride with one of my Biking buddies.
Anything you would
like to add?
Race Class marking on riders, to know who your competition is. Overall it
was a great experience, I truly enjoyed the scenery, terrain and encouragement
from race marshals.
