How was your fitness level going into this race?
Fine, I hadn't spent a lot of time on a bike the week prior to the race.
Felt fine though.
Were you happy with your position going into the singletrack?
Everything was ok until a person in front of me went down. I lost the wheels
of the two guys in the lead. That's racing.
Were you strong from start
to finish?
I felt good throughout the race. The 3rd lap was most comfortable for me.
When
did you put the hammer down?
Never, just rode consistently the whole race.
Did you have any unusual problems?
Nope. finally.
Were you happy with the way the race was run?
From beginning to end, the race was smooth.
Did you have any interesting
experiences during your race (exchanges with competitors/spectators)?
No, I did like hearing the cowbells though.
