How was your fitness level going into this race?

Pretty good. Riding with the Henry's is starting to pay off.

Were you happy with your position going into the singletrack?

Yep out front where I wanted to be

Were you strong from start to finish?

I sure felt better at the beginning of the race

When did you put the hammer down?

I guess around the 3rd lap after those two guys passed me like I was sitting still. It took everything I had to get pass them

Did you have any unusual problems?

No

Were you happy with the way the race was run?

I thought everything was great, Awesome course with so many twists and turns Thanks to all that put in a lot work that made it happen.

Did you have any interesting experiences during your race (exchanges with competitors/spectators)?

Was that cow bells I heard, Made me feel like I was at home in good ole Lancaster County.
