Chris Kuhl

Did you do anything special (apart from the whole training lifestyle) to prepare for this race?

I just made sure I didn't over train this week but other than that nothing much.

Did you achieve your goals for this race?

Yeah I wanted to have a good race and I wanted to place well, so I think I achieved both of them.

Were you strong from start to finish?

Not really It took me the first two laps till I got going good. Since the start times were delayed It was hard to stay warmed up.

Don Morrison and Wissahickon Cyclery did a great job putting together this race and we thank them for their efforts. Was there anything that you observed that could be done better as the series progresses?

Not really but maybe getting the awards in a little sooner.

When did you put the hammer down?

The end of the second lap I started to get into a good rythm.

If you ran into these exact trail conditions again, would you do anything differently?

No, not too much you can do in those conditions except ride it out.

Did you have any unusual problems?

Just some shifting problems and chain suck from all the mud and grass getting into the drivetrain.

How would you rate the course?

Yeah it was a very fun and fast paced course even with the mud.

Were you happy with the way the race was run?

Yeah the race was run great.

If you could do the race again - would you do anything differently?

Not really except try and get a better warm up in.

Is there anything you would like to add?

It was a great race and the race was run very well.
