Did you do everything you could to prepare for today's race?
Not really, I think I could have done better, but I'm satisfied with 3rd.
Did you have any problems getting into the singletrack?
No, I tried to get out in front off the start. Although I passed a few people in the singletrack.
How did you like the long climbs?
I didn't think they were too bad.
Were you strong from start to finish?
No, I slowed down in the last singletrack.
Were you happy with the way the race was run?
I think it was run well, considering all of the racers that showed up.
When did you put the hammer down?
Right off the start, but it didn't last as long as I would have liked.
Did you have any unusual problems?
I crashed pretty bad, on the last downhill in the woods.
Did you have any interesting experiences during your race (exchanges with competitors/spectators)?
Some spectators witnessed me crashing. They probably liked that.
Do you enjoy point to point races more than lap races?
It all depends on the course. Iron Hill, I liked doing laps. For this race
I liked point to point.
