You may or may not know we lost a fellow
mountain biker, Dean Eberling, on September 11. Dean was among the most passionate and committed members of the New Jersey mountain bike community. He was a long time supporter of JORBA, IMBA and NORBA and could always be found at the local races. One of his favorite races was the 24 Hours of Allamuchy. looked forward to 2002. Like for many of us, Allamuchy was a very special place for Dean. On that horrible day, Dean died a hero,
saving co-workers. Not only was he a remarkable person on Wall Street, he was
a very special member of our mountain bike community. To honor him and to remind
us all of our own passion for off road bicycling, we have received permission
to place a A remarkable artist will carve a natural stone memorial that will blend into the environment.
